At heyHELLO Hair Co., we’re all about good vibes, great hair, and making your day brighter. Our policies are here to keep things running smoothly for you, our team, and all the amazing guests we get to serve. We keep it simple, clear, and fair — so everyone knows what to expect.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We totally understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another guest.

Late cancellations (under 48 hours) will require a $25 rebooking fee before scheduling your next appointment.

No-shows will require a rebooking fee equal to 100% of the missed service total, paid before rebooking. You may also be asked to prepay for future appointments.
We won’t charge your card automatically — but we will kindly hold firm to these policies to protect our stylists’ time and ensure fairness for all guests.
Kiddos in the Salon
We love kids — but for safety reasons (and to keep the salon a relaxing space for everyone), we kindly ask that children only join you if they are receiving a service.
Our space has hot tools, chemicals, and busy stylists, and we want to keep everyone safe. Plus, many of our guests are here for a little well-deserved "me time" away from the chaos of mom life.
If your child is receiving a service, we’re happy to have them! But please make arrangements for someone to pick them up before your own appointment begins.

We’re Here to Make It Right
We want you to absolutely love your hair! If something doesn’t feel quite right with your cut or color, please let us know within 3 days. We’ll gladly make adjustments (within reason and based on the original consultation) at no extra charge.

Our color services are only guaranteed when you use the professional products we recommend to protect and maintain your results.

Retail Exchanges
We hope you love the products you take home! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of your purchase.
