
Salon Policies
At Hey HELLO Hair Co, we value connection, great hair, and respecting everyone’s time. Our policies exist to keep our schedule running smoothly and to protect the time and livelihood of our stylists.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following policies.
Appointments & Time Reserved
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Because our services are time-based, last-minute changes directly impact our ability to serve other guests.
We appreciate your cooperation in honoring the time reserved for your appointment.

Cancellations
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will require a reservation fee to secure future bookings.

No-Shows
Appointments missed without notice are considered no-shows.
Guests who no-show will be required to provide a reservation fee equal to 50% of the missed service total in order to book future appointments. Future appointments may also require prepayment.

Reservation Fees
Reservation fees secure time on our schedule and are applied to your service total when the appointment is completed.
When a reservation fee is collected in advance, it is non-refundable if an appointment is canceled within the 48 hour cancellation window or missed all together, as there is not enough notice to fill the reserved time with a different guest.
In cases of late cancellation or no-show where a reservation fee was not previously collected, a reservation fee will be required in order to book future appointments.
Additionally, reservation fees may be required for:

Appointments over a certain length of time needed

High-demand services

Guests with a history of late cancellations or no-shows​

Service Selection & Changes
Services are performed as scheduled to ensure we honor our time commitments to all guests.
If you feel you may need additional time or a different service than what you booked, please contact us before your appointment so we can schedule appropriately.
Requests to upgrade services cannot be accommodated at the appointment if the appropriate time and reservation fee were not secured in advance.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late may impact our ability to complete your service as scheduled. In some cases, services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
Late arrivals are not exempt from cancellation or reservation fee policies.

Children in the Salon
For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, children may only accompany you if they are receiving a service.
Our space includes hot tools, chemicals, and active work areas, and we want to ensure everyone’s safety.
If your child is receiving a service, please arrange for them to be picked up before your own appointment begins.

Service Adjustments
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right with your cut or color, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. Adjustments will be made based on the original consultation.

Retail Exchanges
Retail items may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
