Appointment Reservation Fee

At heyHELLO Hair Co, we're dedicated to providing you with the best salon experience. To ensure smooth and efficient scheduling for all our clients, we have implemented a nonrefundable appointment reservation fee.

To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable 50% reservation fee for the services booked online is required. This fee will be applied to the total cost of your service at your appointment.

This reservation fee is designed to:

  • Guarantee Your Appointment Slot: Ensure your preferred time is reserved just for you.

  • Prevent No-Shows and Late Cancellations: Help us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate more clients.

  • Maintain an Organized and Fair Booking System: Ensure all clients have equal access to our services.


At heyHELLO Hair Co, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 fee per scheduled service will be charged.

No Shows

At heyHELLO Hair Co, we value the time of our team and our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, a 100% fee of all services booked will be charged for no-shows.

  • Automatic Charge: Fees will be charged automatically 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

  • No Card on File: If no card is on file, the fee must be paid before rebooking.

Late for Appointment

At heyHELLO Hair Co. punctuality is key to providing the best experience for all our clients. If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • 15 Minutes Late or More: If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, services may need to be rescheduled or altered to ensure we remain on time for the next client.

Unsatisfied with Your Hair

At heyHELLO Hair Co, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have concerns about your cut or color within 3 days, we’ll correct it within reason at no extra cost, provided it aligns with the original consultation.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services.

  • Color Guarantee: Color services are not guaranteed without using our recommended retail products.

Retail Purchases

At heyHELLO Hair Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Retail exchanges will be accepted within 15 days from the initial purchase date.
