Are kids welcome?

For safety and liability reasons, unless your child has an appointment, we ask that you please leave your kiddos at home. Please know that we love your kids but the salon is not a safe place for them.

 

We use chemicals that sometimes go flying, sharp shears are always out and hot tools are on all day. We would never want your little one to be harmed!

 

Out of respect to neighboring stylists and their clients...a fussy little one does not help create the relaxing environment we are trying to achieve.

 

You know your kids best, if the child is past toddler years, your service is under an hour, and you know that your mini can chill while waiting for their service than please feel free to bring them with you.

The time and day I need isn't available. Now what?

When booking online, you can join our waitlist for your preferred date and time. Alternatively, you can text us at (253) 900-1590 and we will assist you.

I don't see the service I want on the online booking page...

[ info@heyhellohairco.com ]. We are happy to assist you with booking the service or provide you with the updated name of the service on our menu.

Do I need an appointment?

 

Yes, all our services are available by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.

What if I need to cancel last minute?

 

At heyHELLO Hair Co, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 fee per scheduled service will be charged. 100% fee of all services booked will be charged for no-shows
